Is there a long-term contract for temporary cleaning coverage?
No. All of our supplemental, temporary, and replacement cleaning arrangements are month-to-month with no cancellation penalty. You pay for the service you need, for as long as you need it.
Can you cover just part of our facility, or specific services?
Yes. We can provide full-facility coverage or target specific areas — restrooms only, common areas, a single floor, or specialty services like floor care or carpet cleaning. We build the scope around your actual need.
Do you use subcontractors for supplemental cleaning?
Never. Every cleaner EC sends to your facility is a direct W-2 employee — hired, trained, and background-checked by Environment Control. No subcontractors, no staffing agency workers.
What if we decide to stay with EC long-term?
